Hall; "An act relating to the end of the Oregon National Historic Trail; and declaring an emergency," 1987 May 27 (original of enrolled Oregon Senate Bill 1019, signed by Senate President John Kitzhaber, Speaker of the House Vera Katz, Governor Neil Goldschmidt, and Secretary of State Barbara Roberts); and "End of the Oregon Trail" booklet, 1990, containing "Master plan" and "Concept development workshop."
